The Women’s March group is organizing the march to defend reproductive rights. There are more than 625 rallies planned in all 50 states with 70,000 people expected to participate nationwide, including 10,000 in D.C.
Some celebrities, Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer were seen at the rally on Saturday morning in New York City.
“I don’t have a uterus and she is pregnant but we out here @womensmarch @plannedparenthood #rallyforabortionjustice,” Amy wrote on Instagram.
The event details: “More than 110+ organizations have joined forces to take part in the #RallyforAbortionJustice, organized by Women’s March, to show that Americans’ overwhelmingly support Roe v.
