Graham Stephen Potter is an English professional football manager and former player. He is the current head coach of the Premier League club, Chelsea.

Potter began his managerial career with Swedish club stersund in January 2011. He led stersund to the 2017-18 UEFA Europa League knockout stage after winning three promotions and the Svenska Cupen. In June 2018, he was appointed manager of Swansea City in the Championship, and a year later, he moved to Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League. He was signed by Chelsea in 2022.

Graham Potter began his career with Birmingham City and went on to play for Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion in the English second division, now known as the Championship, as well as Southampton for one season in the Premier League.
Potter also had loan spells at Wycombe Wanderers, Northampton Town, and Reading before moving down the leagues with York City, Boston United, Shrewsbury Town, and Macclesfield Town in his later years.
